이 약관은 스페이스케이랩(이하 "운영자")이 운영하는 TripAgit(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
서비스는 여행 일정·지도·지출·체크리스트·바우처·메모 관리, 공유 링크를 통한 여행 정보 열람 및 코멘트, 게스트 모드, 여행 가이드 및 환율·시차 등 여행 도구를 제공합니다.
서비스는 기본적으로 무료로 제공됩니다. 일부 화면에는 숙소·투어·티켓 등의 예약 사업자로 연결되는 제휴 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다.
회원 이용계약은 이용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인하고 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의함으로써 성립합니다. 별도의 비밀번호를 서비스에 저장하지 않으며 Google의 인증 절차를 이용합니다.
이용자는 자신의 Google 계정 보안을 관리해야 하며, 계정의 도용이나 부정 이용이 의심되는 경우 즉시 Google의 계정 보호 절차를 이용하고 운영자에게 알릴 수 있습니다.
로그인 없이 서비스 일부 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 게스트 모드에서 입력한 데이터는 서비스 서버에 회원 데이터로 저장되지 않고 이용자의 브라우저 저장소 또는 세션에 임시로 보관될 수 있으며, 브라우저 종료·세션 만료·저장소 삭제 등에 따라 사라질 수 있습니다. 데이터 보존이 필요한 경우 로그인하여 이용해야 합니다.
이용자는 관계 법령, 본 약관 및 서비스의 운영 취지에 반하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 다음 행위를 포함합니다.
이용자는 비상연락처나 동행자 초대 이메일 등 제3자의 정보를 입력할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 해당 정보를 입력·이용·공유하는 데 적용되는 법령을 준수하고, 필요한 경우 해당 제3자의 동의를 받는 등 적법한 조치를 취해야 합니다. 운영자는 이용자가 제3자의 정보를 입력할 당시 필요한 법적 요건을 충족했는지 별도로 확인하지 않습니다.
제3자의 정보와 관련한 분쟁이 발생한 경우에도 운영자는 법령상 책임이 인정되는 범위에서는 책임을 부담합니다.
공유 링크는 링크 문자열을 알고 있는 사람이 접근할 수 있는 방식으로 제공될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 링크를 공개 게시하거나 제3자에게 전달할 때 해당 링크를 통해 공개되는 정보의 범위를 확인해야 합니다.
이용자는 서비스에서 제공하는 공유 범위 설정 및 링크 재발급 기능을 이용하여 공유 범위를 축소하거나 기존 링크를 무효화할 수 있습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 과실 등 법령상 운영자에게 책임이 인정되는 경우까지 본 조항으로 그 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.
서비스는 지도·장소 검색, 날씨, 환율, 여행지 정보 등을 위해 Google, Open-Meteo, Wikipedia 및 기타 외부 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 외부 서비스에서 제공되는 정보의 정확성·최신성은 해당 제공자의 정책과 데이터에 영향을 받을 수 있으며, 운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 이를 보증하지 않습니다.
비자·입국요건·항공편·전압·안전정보 등 중요한 정보는 반드시 해당 국가의 정부기관, 항공사, 숙박업체 등 공식 출처에서 최신 내용을 확인해야 합니다.
서비스의 UI, 디자인, 상표, 로고, 가이드 콘텐츠 및 운영자가 제작한 기타 자료의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
이용자가 직접 작성한 이용자 콘텐츠에 관한 권리는 원칙적으로 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 운영자에게 서비스 제공, 저장, 백업, 화면 표시, 공유 기능 제공 및 오류 대응에 필요한 범위에서 해당 콘텐츠를 복제·전송·표시할 수 있는 비독점적이고 필요한 범위의 이용권한을 부여합니다. 운영자는 이를 서비스 제공 목적을 벗어나 임의로 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다. 법령상 의무 이행 또는 서비스 운영에 필요한 경우는 예외로 합니다.
운영자는 이용자의 게시물 또는 이용자 콘텐츠가 법령이나 본 약관을 위반하거나, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 현저히 방해하는 경우 관련 법령과 절차에 따라 해당 콘텐츠의 공개를 제한·삭제하거나 이용자의 서비스 이용을 일시 또는 영구적으로 제한할 수 있습니다.
긴급한 보안 위협이나 불법행위 등 즉시 조치가 필요한 경우에는 사후 통지할 수 있습니다.
회원은 서비스에서 제공하는 계정 삭제 기능을 통해 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 이용자가 소유한 여행 및 그 하위 데이터는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 삭제됩니다. 다른 이용자의 여행에 작성한 코멘트 등은 대화의 연속성을 위해 작성자 표시가 "삭제된 사용자" 등으로 변경되어 남을 수 있습니다.
서비스에는 숙소·투어·티켓 등의 예약 사업자로 연결되는 제휴 마케팅 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다. 이용자가 해당 링크를 통해 외부 사업자와 예약·구매를 하는 경우 계약의 당사자는 이용자와 해당 외부 사업자이며, 예약·결제·취소·환불 등 거래조건은 해당 사업자의 약관과 정책이 적용됩니다.
제휴 링크를 통해 예약이 이루어지면 운영자가 수수료를 받을 수 있으며, 서비스 화면에는 가능한 범위에서 제휴 관계를 표시합니다.
운영자는 기술적·운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부 기능을 변경할 수 있습니다. 법령상 허용되는 범위에서 사전에 공지하도록 노력합니다.
서비스를 전면적으로 종료하는 경우 가능한 범위에서 사전에 공지하며, 이용자가 보유한 데이터를 내려받을 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 경우 종료 전에 이용할 수 있도록 안내합니다. 데이터 내보내기 및 삭제에 관한 구체적인 사항은 개인정보처리방침에서 정합니다.
운영자는 천재지변, 전쟁, 국가비상사태, 통신망 장애, 외부 서비스 제공자의 장애 등 운영자가 합리적으로 통제하기 어려운 사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 부담하지 않을 수 있습니다.
서비스의 여행정보는 일반적인 참고정보로 제공되며, 운영자는 그 정확성·완전성·최신성을 보증하지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 과실로 발생한 손해 등 법령에 따라 책임을 부담하여야 하는 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.
운영자는 법령의 변경, 서비스의 변경 또는 운영상 필요한 경우 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정 시 개정 내용, 시행일 및 개정 전·후 내용을 알 수 있는 방법을 서비스 내 또는 이 페이지에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 중대한 불이익이 발생하는 변경의 경우에는 합리적인 기간을 두고 별도로 알립니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석됩니다. 다만 이용자에게 강행적으로 적용되는 거주 국가의 소비자보호법 등 법률상 권리를 본 약관이 제한하지 않습니다.
서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 당사자는 성실하게 협의하여 해결하도록 노력합니다. 협의로 해결되지 않는 경우 관할법원은 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따릅니다.
이 약관은 2026-09-11부터 적용됩니다.
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of SpaceKLab (the "Operator") and users of TripAgit (the "Service").
The Service provides itinerary, map, expense, checklist, voucher and notes management; trip sharing and comments; guest mode; travel guides; and tools such as currency and time-zone information.
The Service is generally free. Some screens may contain affiliate links to lodging, tour or ticket providers.
The agreement is formed when a user signs in with a Google account and agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We do not store a separate password and use Google's authentication process.
Users are responsible for the security of their Google accounts and should promptly use Google's account-protection procedures and notify the Operator if unauthorized use is suspected.
Some features may be used without signing in. Guest data may remain temporarily in browser storage or a session and may be lost when the browser is closed, the session expires, or storage is cleared. Users who need persistent storage should sign in.
Users must comply with applicable law and these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes account impersonation; excessive or automated requests that interfere with normal operation; illegal, spam or infringing content through share links or comments; infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; and using the Service to facilitate unlawful conduct.
Users may enter third-party information such as emergency-contact details or a companion's email. Users must comply with applicable law and, where required, obtain consent or take other lawful measures before entering, using or sharing such information. The Operator does not separately verify that the user has satisfied those requirements. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
A share link may allow anyone who knows the link string to access the shared information. Users should review the sharing scope before publishing or sending a link. Users can reduce the sharing scope or invalidate an existing link using the Service's sharing controls and link-reissue feature. This does not exclude liability where the Operator is legally responsible, including for its own intent or negligence.
The Service may use Google, Open-Meteo, Wikipedia and other external services for maps, place search, weather, exchange rates and destination information. The accuracy and availability of external information may depend on the relevant provider. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
For important information such as visa requirements, entry rules, flights, voltage and safety information, users should verify current information with official sources.
Rights in the Service's UI, design, trademarks, logos, guide content and other materials belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holders.
Users generally retain rights in User Content they create. Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, limited right to reproduce, transmit and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, store, back up, share, and troubleshoot the Service. The Operator does not sell or use User Content for advertising purposes, except as required by law or necessary to operate the Service.
If content violates applicable law or these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or materially interferes with the Service, the Operator may restrict or remove the content or suspend or terminate access in accordance with applicable law and procedures. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to address urgent security or unlawful activity, with notice afterward where appropriate.
Members may delete their account at any time using the account-deletion feature. Account deletion removes trips owned by the member and underlying data as described in the Privacy Policy. Comments left on another person's trip may remain with the author label changed to "deleted user" to preserve conversation context.
The Service may contain affiliate links to lodging, tour and ticket providers. When a user books or purchases through an external provider, the transaction is between the user and that provider, and that provider's terms govern booking, payment, cancellation and refunds.
The Operator may receive a commission from qualifying bookings and will label affiliate relationships where reasonably practicable.
The Operator may change features for technical or operational reasons and will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable and required by law.
If the Service is discontinued entirely, the Operator will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable and will inform users about available data-export or deletion options.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator may not be responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure, war, national emergencies, telecommunications failures, or failures of external providers beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
Travel information is provided for general reference and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current. This does not exclude liability that the Operator must bear under applicable law, including liability arising from the Operator's own intent or negligence.
The Operator may amend these Terms due to changes in law, the Service or operational needs. Amendments will be announced on the Service or this page with the effective date and a way to identify the changes. Materially adverse changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice.
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, except that they do not limit mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to a user under the law of the user's country of residence.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved by consultation, jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms take effect on September 11, 2026.
